And according to Art. 40 you can be forced to work Saturdays if you have hours available.

Which the OP said there are no hours available. 4 hours driving plus another 8 hours at another job = 60 in 5 days. Legally, you cannot drive.

Does not matter what contract supplement you are under, DOT rules trump labor agreements.

Our Midnight sort works Sunday through Thursday.

That's the schedule our noonday shift works. Every other shift is M-friend, so no Sat. Air if you're on midnight. :/
