Did the 70 hour thing actually happen? I have never been allowed to go over 60, even during last peak season
6 weeks in a row... 67+ hours a week, Nov and Dec... forced.
I had 68.5 hours M-friend and was forced to come in Saturday.
9:30 start time, 11:00 PM punch out at the earliest.

It happened even to the most senior drivers.

It is coming your way next peak unless we get language in the contract.

Intermittent FMLA for stress.

Should atleast be double time if not triple. 70 hours of manual labor is slavery, if we sat on our ass all day like feeders I’d be ok with it, sucking down big gulps of sweet tea is hard work.

It's a lot simpler than that.

"I won't be in today, I am fatigued." Click.

Not.... I'm tired, stressed, don't feel good or sick....

I am fatigued. End of story.

Words make a difference.

"Fatigued" gets you an infraction.
FMLA doesn't.

I’m PT and this was just a 1week example
Some drivers worked over 70
Some PT inside worked over 80
