Here's a guy who was in Feeders years ago and went back to package. Now he goes back into Feeders and wants to leap frog everyone. If he never left Feeders back in the 90's he would be dead set again what he's doing now. Another flip flopper no wonder you guys see eye to eye.

I'm sorry but that's the way it is...It didn't get stripped we vote every 5 years and the contract passes overwhelmingly in a Democratic fashion. See Mike doesn't respect seniority because when he went back into Feeders in Meanj he was telling the dispatchers that he has 27 years in and so the dispatchers were sending him on all the long runs until the shop stewards found out he was violating people's seniority. He's doesn't respect seniority so for him to try and change it is just a self serving joke on his part. His seniority was never stripped within the system we have been in.
What I can say about this is..... the overwhelming majority of those that want to cancel the years of Classification Seniority and start anew under the blanket of Company Seniority are from Package. I wouldn't hasten to say that the vast majority of Feeder drivers would be ok with Company Seniority as long as it is just going forward and red circle those in place now. Yes it was... Years ago, you could bid outside of classification...But it wasn't voted on over 60 years ago so your point is mute.
FYI.... the first Teamster/UPS National Master Agreement wasn't signed until 1979. But more to the point.... your point is kind of a nanny nanny boo boo argument. If you are in a democratic system and something changes based on a majority vote. You could get effect in a negative way... That doesn't mean you should go through the process of changing it the way to save the less of the vote if that's not what the majority wanted... Well, that's your opinion... I feel the opposite, and that's why this country is great... You have the right to have an opinion... If it were up to feeder street drivers they would have it all... They would never let us transfer ( You too!)... Don't let them fool you... You earned every minute on that clock and it's sad you are willing to settle for less for the members that would throw you under the bus if they could...East Coast Navy you we're in hiding for a while.....now you come out to play and Feederquacker calls you out. At the end of the day you guys are doing it for selfish reasons that's for personal gain. You can't say it should never been this way it has been and we have voted it in this way every 5 years. Again I am totally against it and if there were change the redline is the only fair, equitable, and democratic way to do this. You just don't tell people who are hired in a system oh by the way screw you we want to jump you because we are selfish. You can tell TK his idea of making the Union stronger this way is a bunch of B.S.it has only divided US. Akso, tell MJ that his smart people behind him are going to win this is a joke, he violates the seniority list as much as possible, he doesn't even have a copy of the current union contract and his reason is financial and that's it.
