That's an easy one. File for lost time and for the time the sup was working. Easy win. No need to get into an argument with a sup over a sup working grievance. Bring it to their attention, document response, continue working and file.

All it takes is a backbone. I filed on a full time sup doing a rte after a driver was fired (the firing was just). Ft sup pulled my aside and thanked me.

(Maybe he was working too hard?!?)
We were way under staffed for awhile. I regularly had a full time sup call me and say. Hey I ran X route today if you want to file.

He's a sup he didn't want to be out there running a route all day.

I always told people, just file on me. Sometimes it's the only way the guys upstairs will listen to staffing concerns. I never did get filed on as a PTer though. None of my local sorters cared.

There was a whole week, where supervisors were working.

Full time sup said to all the union stewards "File on us, for ever single minute. It's the only way they'll add more people to preload."

Seems like it worked for a little while....
