7 dollars is the number. I will pay you 7 dollars to leave.I don't know how every pension works because there's so many different plans
But I know every summer I get a pension statement.
The only problem my statement is based on age 65.
So I sent an email with my name and my wife's birthdate.
Just asking how much would I get right now and what are my survivorship options.
Approximately a month later they gave me a nice print out show me what I would get if I walk out the door today
I just sent them email that all my information7 dollars is the number. I will pay you 7 dollars to leave.
You can call your local and they will give you the number for the administration of your plan. Probably more than the 7 dollars I’d pay you.
No Churches chicken?And KFC
Isn’t it a good thing that we have a retirement plan? Most are figuring out how to get by and we’re being Pertty over how much we want to leave with.I just sent them email that all my information
If I didn't have a pension my 401k and ira would not be enough money for me to retire on right nowIsn’t it a good thing that we have a retirement plan? Most are figuring out how to get by and we’re being Pertty over how much we want to leave with.
Makes me thirsty. Beverage time
I just watched a retirement video that said 49% of people within two years of retiring don’t even have $100,000 in retirement savings. Doubtful most of them have pensions how the hell are they going to make it?If I didn't have a pension my 401k and ira would not be enough money for me to retire on right now
Lots of people live in FantasylandI just watched a retirement video that said 49% of people within two years of retiring don’t even have $100,000 in retirement savings. Doubtful most of them have pensions how the hell are they going to make it?
401(k) was a great idea, but clearly moving away from pensions has been detrimental to working people.
The pension is a big part of why we do what we do and put up with the games. Most don’t make 75k a year and if we leave early that’s what we walk away with. You can live comfortably in some areas with that income alone. If I didn't have a pension my 401k and ira would not be enough money for me to retire on right now
Many live week to week and rely on state aid. It’s amazing how some survive. Oh if we can have retirement health Care I would definitely have to be here till age 65The pension is a big part of why we do what we do and put up with the games. Insurance is the key for me.
And somehow seem to "scrape together" enough $$$$ to buy the newest IPhone EVERY year...outright without any contract help. But they still smoke 2 packs of cigs a day and find money for drugs.

I'll be all rightall 10 of us that are left here would have to do a go fund me to help you out my green brother.
I get a new phone every 10 years it seems and the last time I went into the store I was pretty blown away by how much a new iPhone with the most gigs goes for if you bought one outright.... and supposedly some of these people on a fixed budget are buying these things every year or so.BINGO---
Think we'll all have to eventually chip in so he doesn't have to be here for another 30 years. He's already in my will.
Well, the way you go on it seems like that isn't the case. I've seen a few of our coworkers who wanted to wait a few more years to double dip or "shore up the 401k" and they ended up dying before they could even enjoy it all...soI'll be all right
