Prior to the current ABF contract top pay wasABF got $3.50 out the gate, we are getting $2.50. Over the five years ABF will get a total of $6.60 and we are going to get $7.50. One dollar difference, so much for being the premier paid company. We use to be up to $10 pay difference. Do not take the first offer people! Vote NO. We all deserve better! The economy is not going to go backwards and UPS will always make their profits. $49 in 2028 is still way to low, it's to low now!! Be smart about it.

Yeah that sucks for those Teamsters of sure. FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO, Estes have all been in the $30 something pay rate for quite a while. Sad that a union job pays way less than a nonunion. Totally backwards of how it use to be!!
