Don’t think you can do away with 22.4 and lower progression. I mean you can wish it but won’t happen imo
$7.50 over the entire contract. That and is misleading reread againPlus $2.75 and $7.50 over the length of the contract.
SureMaybe not, but you can tweak it.
$25, $30, $35, $40, Top Rate.
We are a veeerrryyyy small minority here, most don't speak for the masses.
I think $10 for FT was the offer and then we gave up $2.50 for PT so now we get $7.50. Vote no. Not that impressed.

If that’s the case that’s a no brainer for UPS. Take it away from the guys working 50-60 hours and give it to the guys working 20 hours.I think $10 for FT was the offer and then we gave up $2.50 for PT so now we get $7.50. Vote no. Not that impressed.
All I gotta say is they better start taping up boxes…There’s still a chance. The “$25 or no vote” PT crowd will be up in arms.
The process played out and our representatives are happy with it. The bar was raised and financial gains made.Everybody here said let the Union do what they do. Negotiate the contract. Quit second guessing SOB's tactics. That's why we have a Union.
Now, SOB is happy with what he negotiated and now people are saying it's not good enough.
You can please some of the people some of the time........If Hoffa was still here, we would be lucky to get $5 over the 5 years, 22.4 would not be gone, forced 6th punch would not be dealt with. etc. etc.
Yes, there are a few issues, but we haven't seen it all yet, and from the highlights, it sure as hell blows the last contract out of the water.
The preferred nomenclature is plus size lady, please sir“The fat lady hasn’t sung yet”…
Plus the $2.75 GWI, so $4.25$1.50 for long time part timers? that is so weak.
Everyone would continue working and those in the 5 defeated supplements would continue to work under the terms of their current supplements until the new ones have been ratified.Potentially, it's Pandora's Box, really. If 39 of 44 supplements and the NMA are ratified, where do you take it?
$2.75/hr on 8/1/23 and $4.75/hr spread out over the last 4 years, with COLA added if applicable.$7.50 over the entire contract. That and is misleading reread again
That's why I said I'm sure the progression rates are changing. That shouldn’t be, but hubrats were getting paid more via MRAs. They need to fix that.
