My thoughts exactly. It's the union's goddamned proposal to create this 22.4 nonsense, and even with "milennials" not wanting to do this job, it'll still get votes from the part-timers who do want to do it if only because of an otherwise long wait to go full-time in any capacity. And this BS immediate raise for anyone under $13.00 is like a poorly disguised signing bonus anyways, but only for the new hires who don't know any better how it'll affect everyone in the long run. Hoffa seriously sucks balls. It was already bad enough he invoked obscure language to impose crappy local agreements last time around. But that'll be nothing if he calls off a strike that the members mandate by voting this steaming pile of
down by a large enough margin. And remember, he can do that in accordance with Article XII, Section 2, Subsection friend of the Teamsters Constitution.

Ask DHL how much they got per hour on their new contract....they even got more than this tentative agreement
I know it’s not the UPS way, to be happy and all for your fellow members or coworkers, but look deep down inside. Your union brothers and sisters are going to make more money they’re not gonna start out making 11 and 1025 an hour. This was the number one proposal. They’ve come up with an answer. It’s easy to get on the Hate Train, but it’s a lot easier To vote your conscience.

Ask me in 2 yrs I’m not tops out yet soooo. But I get it, I’m not saying we don’t get paid good we do. No where can I got and make what I make with benefits. That still doesn’t mean my statement was false as I do believe the union lines their pockets and doesn’t really care about us.

They got that dollar an hour over five years because they got language to work people on Saturdays and Sundays. Do your homework.
