My job is fun
Because some of us are vested and have invested YEARS of our lives building this business to the demise of our joints and backs.

Run along now...
I believe your conference call is starting soon in your air conditioned office.
I was talking about slacker 45 bc he said he was part time. Obviously that doesn’t include people that have invest years, he said he just started so look at my quote before you talk.. don’t worry I’ll have my towel and a fan on today just like you.

That’s when you simply send a message for irreg help...
I've done that multiple times. The pkgs have to be over 70# to get help sent. Often the weight is wrong showing 69# and when you check your board it doesn't show an over 70.

You know you have to move this stuff multiple times before you get to the delivery address... No way to use your power zone.

This is just 1 pkg, on 1 day, at 1 stop.
There were more.

That would have the same or higher top out benefits etc? If that’s true then why even risk a :censored2:ty contract why not go and leave?
Where's your focus on the rest of the members who will have to deal with the cba?
Bail out is a good remedy?
Wrong.

I literally said don’t run and your telling me to wake up? Did you even read what I wrote?
It isn't just people running like as you posted "rabbit dogs". What I posted showed 1 of the other reason(s) peoples bodies break down that affects all the drivers and loaders that dont run.
Wake up is correct.

We have part time cover drivers who are suppose to be used for vacations and days off coverage for FT employees. The company works these guys just enough to avoid the consecutive work day clause to open a FT driver slot.
That why I don’t think it’s that bad TCD I honestly worst then 22.4

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
I was told by our Shop Steward that supposedly progression for full-time drivers was was going to be bumped down to 2 years. Other people on here have mentioned three years so has anybody else heard anything specific?
I would think surely they'd release something like that in the initial release

It would be nice if they paid hybrids top driver pay for driver work and top building pay for building work. That equals to $300 a day or $37.50 hr

Happy Verified UPSer
Veterans of the 1997 strike will remember that UPS made us pay for "winning" that strike. layoffs , not adding as many FT jobs as they were supposed to , and not honoring their side of the agreement every chance they got.

The only reason they changed was because they had to because the economy picked up so much they had no choice.

Many people including myself believed that we really did not win that strike because UPS made sure we paid for it. Now I am going to have to change my mind if this contract goes through. We did win the 97 strike if you look at the big picture.

20 years later it paid off. UPS did not want to risk a repeat of potential strike. Also I think they they monitored sites like this and listened to employees in the break rooms and workplace and realized that workers were fed up and willing to strike.

Thank you.
