Well thats the problem.. they didnt decide.Nope and I never reply anything but no make them decide
And like I said, when they don’t, I always choose the highest level of customer service, good luck, taking me out of service for thatWell thats the problem.. they didnt decide.
What if you didn't have enough hours available? And like I said, when they don’t, I always choose the highest level of customer service, good luck, taking me out of service for that
Message Center asking what they want me to do with packages I cannot make service on drive back to Center sheet missed in building and punch out. What if you didn't have enough hours available?
Some actually actually do make smart choices on distance and service levels of packages. But usually if it’s just a residential regular package, we’re getting instructions to deliver especially at Christmas time.do some centers really not run missloads at the end of their day? I can't believe someone could just take it for granted to bring back a package like nothing would happen
You're not falsifying if you use the closed key if ordered to do so.Closed business after 5 is still a missed. If they want me to waste my time doing a drive by OK with me. But I won't falsify my records about it.
Wrong. Work as directed. Our Diad training strictly says to sheet damages “ MISSED” …MISSED MEANS MISSED

Wrong. Follow the UPS trainingWrong. Work as directed.
Here's the flaw in your logic, and these are YOUR words, "Hoping" and "Assumed".Here's the thing I've found the misloads before 1 PM. Hoping OMS would send it in my diad eventually then i would of ran it. Knowing we got ghost cars I assumed they were getting a plan to get to me and run it for me. Over heard someone saying. "No one is working more than 8 hours." But your absolutely right we've been running misloads even if they were 20 miles away, but we had SSD to do it for us.
Sheeting "closed" is none of these things. What do I care how the company wants its reports. Let the lawyers sort that junk out.Wrong
unless unsafe, immoral, or illegal
They wouldn't have trained people that way if they didn't want them to do it.Wrong. Follow the UPS training
Training just changed when they said no missed key to be used.Wrong. Follow the UPS training
Are you in front of the allegedly closed business while you do it?Sheeting "closed" is none of these things. What do I care how the company wants its reports. Let the lawyers sort that junk out.
