Speaking of flags, a Connecticut town council yesterday refused to fly the "Thin Blue Line Flag" in honor of a state trooper who was just killed while assisting a broke down motorist. Driver under the influence struck him. The town council said that flag represented racism, among other things. Instead they chose to fly the gay flag at half staff to honor him.
