Absolutely@IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U it’s easier to focus on AC and PT pay than it is to actually fight over 9.5 language. That would require a lot of effort on both sides, and endless grievances afterwards as we know the company doesn’t give a toss about following the contract. I like that language about Management Rides lol. We ALL know they will do what they want, the driver will file , the settlement will be “
Company will Comply “ and they will still keep doing the same thing over and over
On average, there are 20 working days per month and you want 20% of those days to be limited to 8 hours?
Get an office job.I want 100 percent of my days limited to 8 hours

You have to remember- Dave went in early every day to groom is load on his own time. Helped dispatch to get his load the way he needed it. Ran like a scared cat all day to get done early. Don't be a Dave. Lol.You don’t have to use them if you don’t want but if one month comes along and you have 2 basketball games and a dance recital then you are covered. Not every event, especially for school activities, happens on the weekends.
UPS will continue to do as it pleases. Nothing to see here...@IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U it’s easier to focus on AC and PT pay than it is to actually fight over 9.5 language. If that’s true, somehow the language got worse. So no additional penalty pay until you violate 4x in a calendar year. Then you have to meet with the labor manager who can hold off any meeting for 45 days. Then if they agree, you could possibly get 4x penalty. Hard No for me
8 is hard to dispatch but they can keep you around 9I want 100 percent of my days limited to 8 hours
If they got rid of guaranteed 8 you can bet your ass that they can dispatch a 8 hr day no problem.8 is hard to dispatch but they can keep you around 9
It's not cost-effective to the companyIf they got rid of guaranteed 8 you can bet your ass that they can dispatch a 8 hr day no problem.
Why don't you go keep your cat company where you left it.Get an office job.
You sound like the part timers who want a mortgage, a new Tesla, and your butthole looked at for free on 3 hours of work a dayIts crap and a no vote as is. Waiting on the sup, for final decision. It may address the issue.
We want overtime relief. We want dinner with our families.

I've had over 20 9.5 grievances this year so hopefully that qualifies me for the 4x. I may break 200k this year
