Great if one considers excessive overtime to be a problem?

Overtime is the nature of the beast, but the grievance procedure is problematic at best. Anything over 9.5 should be automatic 2x time.

This issue was obviously a low priority for Tough Guy Sean.

How about people get the overtime, invest it, not have 4 ex wives then
