I’ve heard similar, as well as lots of buyouts being offered. Buyout is a little misleading because it sounds more like take it or leave it.

How many of our union folks will be given these same buyouts????

there are no cuts in IE, but there may be some big re-organizing ahead as to what some are doing differently
