From what I've seen him post I don't think he's one of the bad ones. That's why that response to you surprised me.
Yep, I in no way attacked, only gave my observations. I Have a great deal of respect for quite a few on management side, who have kept their Personal scruples and humanity.

Wow... Management just loves to show their true colors.

One thing I always enjoyed, was getting union brothers to admit that the center always ran better, when management was on vacation. A direct correlation between the quality and smoothness of the operation, and the number of management absent.

A few weeks ago the company was threatening their management people They would lose salary and have their opportunities of advancement taken away if they did not pack their bags and be ready to fly across the country to cover for a supposed strike that the company almost caused. a lot of the younger management team are not gonna put up with that kind of treatment for much longer.
you sure your sups aren't telling tales? corporate hadn't made any ready team moves and the districts were going to keep theirs in-district

they may have told some hub ops guys to get ready to move to a larger hub in their zone to run a skeleton network, no idea how far those conversations even went

things always run better when you give autonomy, but if you don't keep enough staff around to manage the organization it starts to disintegrate in a way you never get back

our 2012 IE transformation cost mountains of knowledge and organization that still hasn't been recovered to this day...

All the hubbub about how much FedEx has taken away. And yet FedEx is struggling mightily and I don’t see any volume where I’m at being lost, as matter a fact we just picked up two massive healthcare accounts that we haven’t had Since probably 2015 when they switched to FedEx.

If shipping volume is down, it’s mostly because people just aren’t shipping.
yep, we lost some volume due to the strike but most of it has been recovered

the general downturn is all about the economy, the only people who seem surprised are the idiots that actually believe what the government lies about

Rate cuts are coming but the fed is going to be cautious and the housing market is going to take 2-3 years to really start moving again, and ultimately it’s the housing market more than any sector that drives large chunks of the economy.
