Newfie has a funny little habit skipping over or completely ignoring troubling underlying issues that paint a less than flattering picture of America under Donald Trump. Issues and consequences both intended and unintended that Trump may not be able to run away from in his second term if given one.
In the mean time Trump will continue to tell trumpeters like Newfie anything he wants because he knows they'll believe anything he tells them as evidenced by Newfie's apparent unwillingness to disclose which among the countless and bizarre Trump proclamations he does not believe to be true.
This is not patriotism......It's mind control.

It's all going to come down to the final report of the Mueller investigation along with any plea deals that may be agreed upon. You are right , all Trump supporters have to offer are meme's and cartoons. The 4% growth they're crowing about is for Q2 on an annualized basis. For the first 6 months overall GDP growth was 3.2% with a whole half a year to go
Now why is this 4% such an important number? It's because that is what is needed to offset the revenue losses from the tax cut and the increased costs of the additional federal borrowing.
You answered "specific questions" by ignoring the impact government borrowing has on interest rates as well as ignoring the impact retaliatory tariffs are expected to have on the US economy. We'll have to wait a few months then we'll see what impact they have on your little 4% annualized GDP when they are fully implemented. One quarter does not make a year.

The only reason there is 4.1% GDP right now is because of an overstimulated economy that will bring inflation and higher interest rates, not to mention skyrocketing debt that “conservatives “ have conveniently forgotten all about for the past 19 months.Fake News Stories. That’s something to figure out. Has the increased GDP been able to pay for the tax cuts and start paying down the debt? I’d be willing to bet the answer is no to both.
