When did any state ever dictate to a political party who they can run other than does the candidate meet the minimum requirements? States set up the precincts, pay for the voting booths, print the ballots and count them, etc.

The 14th Amendment supersedes state laws and states decide how to run elections. Or at least I thought conservatives thought that states have control over their elections.

Actually since the Democrat judges have just changed the rules it's ok to go after Biden for an insurrection for allowing the borders to be bombarded and trying to do away with America as we know it. Maybe time for some states to consider removing him from ballots

True, but people don't determine the presidency. The states send electors to their capitals to cast a vote for the winner of the popular vote. The president is the candidate with the most electors votes not necessarily the greatest number of votes.

I could argue that Colorado is protecting democracy. And I do. But I do think this decision may be overturned.

All I’m asking for are candidates who don’t engage in insurrection or rebellion.
