Again, why did he get a pass? He took classified documents from the SCIF. He had them accessible to others in multiple locations. He clearly mishandled classified material and many over the years have gone to prison for doing less. And why wasn't Hillary prosecuted?Hur's office felt that the "evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."
They also felt they couldn’t get a jury to convict him
The cases were also much different than trumps
You guys have to remember, not only did trump take more severe classified documents, he lied and stalled and obstructed Justice
His charges aren’t only for the documents

- Concealing a Document in a Federal Investigation — 18 USC 1519, and abetting
- Scheme to Conceal — 18 USC 1001(a)(1), and abetting
- False Statements and Representations — 18 USC 1001(a)(2), and abetting
Bidens documents were pertaining to two things, the Afghanistan war and his personal notebooks containing personal notes and checklists

Because they cooperated and didn’t lie and didn’t obstruct Justice and the documents they had were different than the documents trump
Trump had over 350 documents and is getting charged for 33 of them
Im guessing he lied because he knows he really shouldn’t have those. But we’ll have to wait and see

But he didn't make recommendations, he made exculpatory, practically apologetic, statements on Biden.
The Federal government passed on charging Trump concerning the accounting errors he's being tried for now. They were Federal misdemeanors. So why did the Manhattan prosecutor Bragg decide to pursue it, turning them into felonies, when Federal prosecutors have an amazing track record of not taking cases where the evidence isn't overwhelming?
Pence got off for two reasons. They didn't want to draw any attention to what Biden did. And Pence was rewarded for not nullifying the election results.
