THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

25 documents? All those boxes in 24 locations comprised 25 documents?
i was wrong, it was 25 in first spot, 88 total. Trump had 340

But even if the roles were reversed and Biden had 340 and trump had 88, the documents trump had were much more severe and he lied and obstructed the investigation. And I’m guessing for a reason

So why do you believe that they decided to charge trump and not Biden or pence?

Are you saying you believe they’re specifically after trump? So the fbi and even trumps appointed Republican special counsel is on it too?

And if you believe this, why? I’ve never gotten a clear answer for why people believe all these witch-hunts against trump

Why trump? Why not any other Republican president before him? Really, what is he doing that would make the fbi and republicans work together to target him? No other Republican president has gone through this

Trump is a freakin real estate tv star from the 80s, who bankrupted himself 6 times and is an attentionwhore who will do anything for a buck. Don’t you think maybe it’s possible he’s just a crook? Wouldn’t that be a little more simple of an answer?

The Republican Presidents before Trump wasn’t a threat to the political system or the 3 letter agencies. There was 1 president (JFK) that said he would tear apart the CIA and scatter them to the wind. He didn’t live long enough to do that. Politicians know you toe the line or you are going to have hell to pay.
Let’s hear it from a Democrat that will explain it to you what happens if you go against them. No conspiracy here just a fact. But If you play by their rules they will say they can‘t verify a laptop that is yours or can‘t Figure out who brought in Coke to the most secure building in the USA.

Chuck Schumer lets the mask drop and admits the intelligence community ruins the lives of presidents who go after it.

You guys claim Trump was nowhere as rich as he claims. But he's a billionaire. Bankrupted himself? No, sought bankruptcy relief for various businesses. Trump used whatever was available legally to protect his company including whatever tax loopholes were available. Y'all can scoff all you want but he personally owns some incredible real estate worth hundreds of millions, is married to an incredibly beautiful former model, and flies around in his own private large jet. And his company controls a lot more. That doesn't make him special or to be respected anymore than others. Just means the smears leveled against him are at least partially wrong. And that he's a lot more successful than most. Wouldn't know it by listening to Democrats. He lives in your head 24/7.

Name one of these prosecutions that couldn't have been brought against him years ago? Why now? Election year. And so far the only thing y'all have gotten him on is a supposed sexual assault that can't be proved. Absolutely no proof other than her word. But tried in NYC which is mostly liberal Democrat. But funny how his poll numbers keep going up and he's attracting a lot of minority support that he didn't have in 2020. People know the system is being used against him. With BS charges.

If Biden's 88 included top secret, secret, or simple classified documents he's guilty of felonies. There's no sliderule for determining prosecution.

25 documents? All those boxes in 24 locations comprised 25 documents? And here's a news flash: if you mishandle top secret documents it's a felony. Biden committed multiple felonies. Make excuses all you want but if our Justice Department doesn't go after everyone who commit felonies, makes exceptions, then we have no justice.
That's 4 locations, not 24.

I love the people that say Trump is a bad business man and a loser. He is a billionaire so how much of a loser are they? 🤔

He’s not a good businessman. A good businessman doesn’t bankrupt a casino

Trump would have made more money if he put his inheritance money in the s&p 500
So that's what all these businessmen out here should do? Don't start businesses with the capital they have? Just invest in an index fund and work at whatever while their money grows? No providing jobs for others? His million from his dad, which he paid back, would be billions now investing in the S&P?

Hurr durr Trump stole nuclear secrets to sell to the Saudis reeeeeee.

LMFAO

They know Biden is one of the most unpopular presidents ever. They're terrified that the anti-christ of their leftist religion is about to be president again.

That‘s old news. No longer true. Truth Social has added more than a billion to his wealth. What a great business man!

Your article below is from 2021. No longer true. In just a few short years he has added billions.

You’re right. My information was outdated, sorry

Here’s what I think. I think the documents they had were much different. Biden bad 25 documents, they were his personal folders and notes that contained classified information. If you know anything about government work, more things get classified than not. I imagine most politicians have “classified” information.

Again, there are 2 main differences in these cases, as the special counsel pointed out

The levels of classification, and the response to being told they needed it back

Biden never refused when asked for documents back. He let them search, he gave a voluntary interview, and he gave everything back that was asked to be back. Same with Pence

Trump was asked to give back, he said no. They asked again, he said no again. Then he asked his lawyers to lie. Then he gave some back and hid some others and lied some more. And he lied again. He also bragged about not declassifying them and he showed them to guests. He had his valet move and hide documents. He obstructed the investigation.

But the biggest point, that you have ignored every single time and continue to ignore

Trump had documents that were so sensitive that not even the president is allowed to declassify them. The president is able to declassify almost everything himself, except for certain information regarding our nuclear weapon information. These are top secret classified documents that should not even leave the room, that needs congress to work together to declassify due to the atomic energy act of 1945

Again, there is a reason the fbi raided trump. And there is 2 possibilities. The deep state is out to get him, or he committed a serious crime

A trump appointed Republican counsel said the cases are different. I don’t know why it’s so hard for you to accept that also
1. How did Trump come into possession of his classified documents, and
2. Why are you okay with allowing Hur to be both judge and jury?

1. Good question
2. I’m not. The trump case should go to trial as the judge and prosecutors and investigators found enough evidence to do so. The special counsel said that was not the case for Biden

The special counsel said that Biden broke the law. Why does he get a pass?

Hur's office felt that the "evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."

They also felt they couldn’t get a jury to convict him

The cases were also much different than trumps

You guys have to remember, not only did trump take more severe classified documents, he lied and stalled and obstructed Justice

You misunderstand my question. Why was it up to Hur to act as Judge, Jury, and Condoner? Experience isn’t infallibility.

That was his job, to investigate and decide whether to recommend charges or not. He decided it wasn’t worth it

The federal government has an amazing prosecution rate. It’s around 99%. They don’t take cases unless they’re absolutely sure of what they have and the evidence is overwhelming

That’s why trump, a president, getting raided by the fbi and charged by the feds is such a huge deal
