Is Sean O’Brien a fool?
He’s doing the most he can. He got a seemingly pro union Labor pick. But like I said, that doesn’t mean anything with a republican majority in the Congress who are anti union, with Elon musk head of “government efficiency” who is anti union and actively working to get rid of the NLRB

So Sean O’Brien would have to be a fool to make that post, right? He’s a guy who means what he says.

Inordinately Right
You’re accounting for all children under 18, including kids not even old enough to be in school. After that, the vast majority of the remaining kids aren’t even in puberty yet and this doesn’t factor for them
Kids not old enough to be in school and aren't even in puberty yet, are "transgender"?

FFS, imagine actually not seeing anything wrong with that. These parents should have their children taken away from them. To start.

What are republicans doing for unions?

You said yourself how important the pro act is for unions, and the majority of republicans are not supporting it

Teamsters have said the right to work states goals are to bankrupt unions. Which states have right to work?…

One party is actively trying to get rid of unions, yet you seem to only hold democrats accountable

How many dozens and dozens of democrat politicians publicly supported us when we were about to go on strike? Very very few, if any, republicans did the same

But most importantly, what do you think democrats should be doing more for unions that they aren’t now?
I’ll trust my Teamster president to know what’s going on with the Pro act more than you. He’s had a plan for several years and it is working so far.

“While Harris pledged, if elected, to sign the PRO Act, an essential piece of labor legislation strengthening union protections, and criticized dangerous “right to work” laws that are enacted to bankrupt unions, Trump would not commit to veto national “right to work” legislation if he returned to the White House.

“‘Right to work’ laws only exist to try to kill labor unions,” said Teamsters General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Z. “It is a red line for the Teamsters and must be for any union when a candidate for elected office does not oppose such anti-worker legislation. It’s too important an issue for the labor movement as a whole to be left up to state legislatures.”

Again, you still have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about or what’s been going on in the background. Trump didn’t say he wouldn’t do it. He wouldn’t commit.. and the president is the last person you need, takes a lot of other people before that. If Sean had not put his hand across the aisle we wouldn’t have been talking about the Pro act, regardless of who won the presidency.

So you can keep copying and pasting and pretending you understand what’s going on, but you do not. If it doesn’t work out for Sean he put everything on the line. I respect that. Clearly, what was happening before it was not working.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

You gotta take a chance once in awhile if you want to move forward.

Sean is the right man at the right time. Trump seems willing to listen. We will see.
Like I said, I can appreciate Sean taking a risk. He’s taking a lot of arrows and putting his balls on the line. He has a network of politicians who have agreed to support the pro act. Many of them, Republicans. Let’s hope they don’t stab him in the back.

We haven’t moved forward in almost 50 decades. Either go for it now or there won’t be a Teamsters in the next 50 decades.

The Republicans have a chance to harness and maintain a potentially massive working class party realignment. Might be the only one they get if the Democrats realize at some point that being for insane things and smelling their own farts won’t win them more votes in national elections.

…yeah, and now there’s even more of those people before him who also don’t support it

Republicans don’t care about unions or their workers

Not a single Republican voted to save the teamsters pension. Not one. The one tie breaking vote came down to Kamala Harris. Republicans have no problems bailing out private businesses, but they made it very clear they don’t care about us

500,000 college athletes, less than 40 are trans

Its just silly and it’s a distraction for them to get you guys to vote against your self interests
On what are you basing the 40 number? If there was only one murderer running loose would you just shrug your shoulders? By your own percentages there should be more than 40.

I’m not even arguing for this. I don’t think trans people should play in sports. I just think their is much bigger issues to worry about, and the media blows this one up as a distraction
