Having a special civil right for gay lesbians and transgender is not a reasonable accommodation there’s already civil rights we all have, and hate laws on the books.

For the sixth time in this thread now, no there isn’t.
LGBT are not covered under public accommodations section of the civil rights act to this very day. What I’m asking for is not a “special right”. It is a civil right every other American is covered under, including whites and Christians.

Christians are the ones demanding special rights of discrimination. They want their businesses to be treated as religious individuals when serving the public so they can use religious liberty arguments to deny lgbt Americans services.

It seems to me @El Correcto has possibly found a good or service that could really make someone quite a bit of money. Especially one that shaves and Brazilian waxes transgender balls, could be very lucrative. Trannies from around the world could come and throw their legs up on the stirrup and get their nuts shaved! They would feel like a woman, after all, transgender women according to the ACLU!

A denial of service based on “we don’t offer that service” is not discriminatory. A denial of service based on “we don’t serve your kind here” absolutely is.

So in your opinion, someone could just say hey brown blob you’re gay get out of my place? How would they even know I’m gay or not? White and black are specific traits that are pretty easy to spot. Not always so with gay people. Have you had that happen? Personally, never seen it myself. I have however, seen gay bars that “discourage” heterosexuals.

So we need non-gender specific ball waxing businesses? Because I’m gonna guess any place that just does ball waxing is going to be male dominated and mostly about men. Which would probably make a woman feel uncomfortable.

Pretty sure most of them. A quick google search shows like 2 on first page that offer Brazilians only to women, rest were unisex from what I can tell.

They didn’t appear to be “Big Jim’s ball waxing saloon” type things, they appeared to appeal more to feminine tastes.
