An appeal court is going to throw that case out so there will be no conviction in the end. It was always about politics and the Democrats failed to keep Trump from being elected again.

They always expected to lose on appeal but that would be after the election. At that point Trump was supposed to have lost so it wouldn't matter any more.

When Trump stated that he would build a great, great wall on our Southern border, and that Mexico would pay for it, I understood he was saying that if Mexico didn’t fully cooperate in securing our border, that WE would build the wall, and penalize Mexico to recover the cost.
