Total aid, yes, including military, humanitarian and financial. And it makes sense that we would be the largest materiel supporter since we've traditionally been the "arsenal of democracy" since the 1940s and have a huge cache of ammo and weapons to help our friends.

I think an important thing that needs to be discussed which hasn’t been, and is very important for these negotiations, is what will be the consequences if Russia breaks the agreement. It needs to be clear

Why make it about Trump? Almost the entire war has been fought under the Biden administration's term. What has been the theme of the Trump administration since coming into office? Cutting out all the waste, fraud, and abuse. Trump doesn't want to continue to give tens of billions when we're about broke. The Ukrainians can't even account for all the money given them. The Ukrainians have done a great job defending their country but they have to realize the political and financial will to support them is waning. This needs to be wrapped up. They aren't going to run the Russians out without NATO troops and that risks a nuclear war. So what else can we do? Strike a deal and live with it.

No, you made a statement you can't justify. You said half of Ukraine is aligned with Russia. I pointed out Ukraine is about 10% ethnic Russians so do the math concerning your statement. I realize your generation has spatial conceptualization issues but give it a try.
