I've said it before... if you aren't moving packages are you really doing anything at ups? They are learning they can slave drive the essential workers only so far... they are realizing the non-essentials workers are the areas they can save money.
Day 1, 95% gets delivered
Day 2? You'd be lucky to get 40% of your inbound volume in and delivered
Day 3 you might as well go home because nothing's gonna show up
Drivers think just magically appears, or they'd "figure it out", which really just means some driver would take charge and make decisions and then guess what they're back working under management again lol
