Tips on working the box line?

Just watched the video...yea our trucks aren't backed up to those they are backed up on the belts...there's three centers in my building and each center has about 70 drivers...not sure if that's a big or small center but I've been told we have the most volume in the district

I know some of you guys say to do the best you can or ignore them but since I'm not in the union yet would that not give my supervisor reason to possibly get rid of me or at least give me less hours?

The only box line I ever saw was in a neighboring center that was even smaller than ours. Does UPS even build them any more?
