I have accidentally punctured aluminum cans with my thumbnail while tearing the case open.
I guess it's not too big of a deal. I accidentally did it to one of my other favorites once too. I'll try and restore the point as best as I can on a diamond stone.Hey, I have a suggestion for a replacement...
Sorry, though. It's kinda like losing a friend. Condolences.

That actually wasn't what that was from. Today I was cutting away some foil tape that was covering screws I had to get to and I must've got the point under something hard. Heard a tiny "pop" and braced myself for the tears. No more stabbing canned food cans.

Didn't restore it to 100% but at least got it to where the point is usable again without having to take off any more material. The rest will sharpen out eventually. Lost an ever so slight amount of length but it is what it is.I didn't figure. Just bustin' your chops.
What will you hear if you take off your hardhat and put the inside against your ear?
The OSHA.
Not unless it's a one-off project or something. If it's something that sees use with any degree of regularity I get something good.Do you guys ultimately buy cheap tools?
Don't know what people thought I was drilling this hole for but they kept sticking their caulk out at me.
