Not if you give the company a free pass on that one they will never will beThey will never be RPCD’s
They only want a maximum of 75% RPCD’sNot if you give the company a free pass on that one they will never will be
We cannot give up a concession of making that number lowerThey only want a maximum of 75% RPCD’s
It’s not in the National, it’s math.Where is that in the National? I know it also says that Union and company can waive 25 percent. My business agent said let them hire a ton of 22.4s they’ll be RPCD next contract.
Woke mathIt’s not in the National, it’s math.
Don’t bully me. 1 out of 4 is 25%.Woke math

What’s the plans for Sunday? Start off with air and high value?have you ever seen FedEx's TNT map? it beats ours to a pulp; we are just trying to catch up
uh no? we did our heaviest expansions in 2017-2018; last years expansion was just the middle-of-nowhere buildings to hit a %-population target to make marketing happy
LolWhat’s the plans for Sunday? Start off with air and high value?
We? To be clear-you are retired?Lol
Let’s see if we can get Saturday figured out first
Stay on topic and don’t bullyWe? To be clear-you are retired?
Is this bullying or just being ignorant? We? To be clear-you are retired?
22.4 can and should work inside, there are tons of concessions that could work they just cant ever seem to use them to their intended degree.I disagree. If UPS hires enough Tue-Sat drivers to meet the needs of Saturday, without forcing Mon-Fri drivers in on Saturday, there will not be enough work for all drivers during the week.
Ignorant of what exactly? Is this bullying or just being ignorant?
Go ahead report it
i got screwed the second they started mentioning it. total suck plan.My building had some balloons with the letters TSP set up. I was wondering what that was about. I normally work max 9 hours most of the time so I'm good in that regard.
For years 9.5 was the limit(in pkg). Most people usually made that. There were exceptions.....there weren't any rules back then.During my years at UPS there must of been 6 times they came out with some new program that they told us was going to get our days down to 8 hrs a day so we could get home to our families. The new drivers always applauded while the old timers laughed and said here we go again. The last time I can remember the name of the program was “On Time Network” they was going to get us started earlier and Dispatch us better. They tried for a couple months before giving up and I was putting in more time than ever the last year I was there.
UPS is using 22.4 as intended, $20/hr delivery drivers just like Amazon and FedEx.22.4 can and should work inside, there are tons of concessions that could work they just cant ever seem to use them to their intended degree.
