This is a long game in an attempt to do a replay of the collapse of the Soviet Union. Outspend the Soviets/Russians while they are bogged down in a war.
In the 1980's Saint Ronald Reagan outspent the Soviets while they struggled in Afghanistan. In the end, the evil empire collapsed.
In the 2020's will Old Joe do the same. Will a Russian loss in the Ukraine end the reign of Putin?

The fact you think ukraine is winning this is funny. They are getting destroyed. The government of Ukraine needs to disappear. I fell bad for most of the citizens of Ukraine. Did you know that the Ukrainian military is walking around the cities and arresting/ taking any male older the 15? Did you know that they are now doing the same thing with the women?
