We have UPS against the ropes, I believe hard working members deserve a hell of a lot more then a MAYBE $300.00 bucks. We deserve the minimum of $500.00 dollars guarantee not a proposal. And don't tell me the 300 hundred is a guarantee, the E/B put it on their web site, and it states "PROPOSAL". We can not take it to the bank unless it's definite! As far as the other B/S your pushing, no one believes you lying SOB,s anymore, we have the proof, 70% of members on medical collection. 1200 members fired, every supervisors work and no grievances filed because if we file a grievance, not only don't you get paid but UPS doubles down on harassment and the union does nothing to help you. I will keep up the good work, not only for pricks like you who want the members to close their eyes and vote yes, but also the company. A manager was telling me this week, he over heard me tell a P/T member to VOTE NO and why you should VOTE NO, I asked him if my union told him to talk to me, he laughed at me and said no. I asked him why is the union and the company both pushing this supplements and he said, the company wants part time drivers, that the company could do a whole lot of work with them and members would not be complaining about too much over time. I told him I was going to notify the IRB. And he told me, lets just forget about what I said, okay. VOTE NO!
