They’re in feeders, but they’re part time in my local. I’m planning on doing that while I wait for a full time bid. However, I’d like someone to take the reigns as steward since I won’t be inside as much.

Having PT Feeder drivers would never fly at my Local. Or PT delivery drivers. Everyone is FT.

Yeah here you’re a feeder driver which is only FT if you’re in a shifter. We have one 22.3 job that shifts half and pallet dock the other half. That’s the only employee in a shifter that isn’t a feeder driver.

Just like using PT air drivers to deliver or pick up ground packages on an exception basis for the last 30+ years.

Tbh I’m not really sure, but they still get paid the same amount as I do and I’m part time. They’re part time shifters. Even my BA was one I believe. I remember a member reaching out to us about becoming full time and he’s been with it for a really long time, I think 15 years.
