Nobody’s fault but mine. It’s all about making better choices. Who I am today dictates who I will be tomorrow.
That’s how they’re subverting the unionsLol, yeah, not quite. My weak local are all lefties, sorry.
Thanks brother! Took a while to kick it in gear, but better late than never. Everything will be alright and like I’ve been saying whatever happens these upcoming weeks we will get through it: together! This right here young people is the right attitude! I’m still working on it myself! Humility! I hope it works out for you!
I am in a RTW state and thank God my Local is strong enough to stand up against the company. Union members are allowed to do Union work before management.Easy now you are in a non-right to work state and they allow you to do what you do?!? Right? Who is showing some weakness?
If most of them are like you I can see why they are so weak.Lol, yeah, not quite. My weak local are all lefties, sorry.
Here is the thing. He isn't quite an engineer. There is no indication that he got a BS in Electronics/Electrical engineering degree. If so, he would be working at Intel, Texas Instrument, Honeywell, AT&T, and so on. There are people with title "engineering" aren't real engineers. The part they don’t tell you is that engineer could make that working 40hrs. The ups driver has to work 55 hrs a week to make 95000yr
And he takes a concession with retirement, and he takes a concession with vacation, and he gives the company a discounted rate because he doesn't require a pension contribution, and he makes it so the company isn't forced to create a FT job.So you’re saying you didn’t take those concessions? A little over 40? So you do work a full time job then, it’s just that you can leave anytime you want after what, 5hrs?

That describes a few other peopleIn other words, a *
I will be there next Tuesday. See you there. In other words, a *
Same argument most lower seniority members use. The company and the Union agree that seniority rules. Come back when you have some. And he takes a concession with retirement, and he takes a concession with vacation, and he gives the company a discounted rate because he doesn't require a pension contribution, and he makes it so the company isn't forced to create a FT job.
Dont ever stop, and always use three points of contact.I work 30 hours a week PT. Always 6th punch and bid on every FT sheet. Do extra shifts in the evening when offered too and driver helper every peak.

I’ll be at the hub on the 303 if you strike.I will be there next Tuesday. See you there.
In my area, I have more than you.Same argument most lower seniority members use. The company and the Union agree that seniority rules. Come back when you have some.
Most people on forced 6th punch aren't top pay.Pretty good chance most all of them who've been having to endure a 6th punch are at that or more I'd say.
And those forced is also a very small percentage of the overall. Most people on forced 6th punch aren't top pay.
