Maybe he missed outHad a high seniority guy just above me (I have over 36 in) retire no more than a month ago....left me scratching my head.
Even if you are setup and comfortable monetarily and what not, why the hell would you do that and do them a favor?
I mean Christ you could have called in a few times a week for a month or so and not have gotten let go and legged it out.

Nice that’s a good route. Mines around 225. When I was covering I did one that was 470 miles. I took a picture of the diad lol.Lots of routes over or near 200 miles per day. My routes around 150 miles

I think it's interesting that they have repeatedly told us the total target compensation is not changing. However my total target compensation that was reviewed with me in April when I received my merit increase has now changed. The total target compensation did change even though they said it wouldn't.
That's why we want to keep UPS around and healthy.
