Well, I will say since we went to $21 an hour attendance has gotten better and turnover has also but you’re right it has not completely stopped especially when the heat starts.

I actually think ups should do an attendance bonus

We did that for a while too almost nobody can get it. LOL they were either late or missed a day every week. Smh

Still? My loader was clueless when I asked him how long does he have to wait for insurance and he told me he got his cards and teamcare booklet a week ago. He got hired right before peak. Thought they updated the wait time.
