Loading trailers is a ridiculously hard job, no doubt about it. Not having worked out in two years is a pretty major drawback. Why not dedicate yourself to staying for a set period of time (three months?) and then seeing how you feel about it.
Unload is the best imo. I get multiple breaks when I unload. All have to do is blow out my sorter.
