So far it doesn’t even look like UPS wants to do 3 or 4% much less 34% effectively they want 0%.
Might get a big number for the part-timers.

But they was out for all they paid a heavy price for it
Little over a two week strike.
That's a lot of money.
We will be out for months!
If it happens it will not be a company anymore
The replacements will need to step it up.
And then know their fives and tens. I’m sure they’ll cover the over allowed by running a little.
A wise old business agent once told me UPS actually only pays you $10 an hour to do the job. Everything you make over that is to put up with their BS.
I was told five bucks for driving the truck the rest is to make it look easy. The BS is part of the benefit package.
Believe it or not the railway is a little bit more important to the US economy than wee little UPS
As well as they have totally different rules in regards to strikes and negotiations
I'm sure both sides are posturing, but I think all three entities involved realize there's too much to lose. The company loses a
ton of money, the membership loses a ton of jobs, causing the union loses a ton of money. I just don't see how either the union or the company let's us walk, but I'm prepared for what I don't see.
