What does your opinion have to do with fact?
it’s not an opinion. This is scientific fact, it has been for decades. We just have for some reason as a society deemed that the lives of people now are more important than the lives of people in the future. That’s the only reason we do vaccines. Vaccines don’t fix anything, just push the problem further away into the future.

AND THAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE

Ahhhh another scientist that 95% of the scientific community disagrees with

There's more job openings than there were before the pandemic. These people don't want to work.
That's why I heard someone brought up the suggestion they should take the limits off what you can make during social security and or your pension said that somebody's retired people can come back to the workforce and get the economy going again

We need to pay people more, man. Across the board. I would say guys like us at the top of a Union scale are the luckiest of the lucky (not that we didn’t work and fight for it, but we’re well protected)
I’ve been impressed with UPS’s starting wages recently, now if they would just improve the culture maybe we could KEEP some decent hands
That would require getting guys like @DriveInDriveOut far far away from the industry

I agree with the part that the company definitely needs to treat employees, all employees like human beings.
After why they treated some of those people last year and they wonder why they just brought their trucks back and through the keys of the boss and say friend* you I quit
