Some people would say an employee making over $150,000 a year in total compensation is greedy by saying “we can do better” and to vote no. The reality is that its a good paying job. Period. Every part time employee has this opportunity and it’s a good thing.
He posted his check in his video genius. Go blame his and get off my jock. UPS is a god job and I am sick of all this cry baby nonsense.Even if you could prove that he makes this exact amount x exactly 52 weeks a year, which you can't, if this was private information then what you did will make more people want to vote No. This guy has been preaching about how the contract is not fair to his union brothers.. he's never focused on himself or what he might make in a good year or a good WEEK as you posted, but can see what's coming to others with this contract, so he's a good man, and now let's see your paycheck for the same period ending as the one you posted, and post your annual bottom line before taxes and long list of other deductions that makes us take home about 50% of what we earn. I'm waiting.
27 an hour? Wtf is that??? On the east coast covers get top rate! The premium jobs will always get the money. In your Local you can go cover driving at 4 years and make $27 dollars an hour and earn progression so you go to top rate RPCD in 5 to 6 years. The split raises don’t even matter here unless you want to be a forever part timer. Forever part time jobs is not what we went on strike in 1997 for. We all had 2 jobs as part times and worked at UPS for the Healthcare and Pension till a higher paying job opened up on the intent list. The reality is we dont have the same problems other parts of the county’s have.
Your cover drivers are probably what we call utility drivers (RPCD). What contract and I can tell you for sure. If your guys make top rate they are probably a RPCD.27 an hour? Wtf is that??? On the east coast covers get top rate!
That doesn't even make sense. RPCD doesn't even exist yet.Your cover drivers are probably what we call utility drivers (RPCD). What contract and I can tell you for sure. If your guys make top rate they are probably a RPCD.
We don’t have any other drivers. Even our vacation covers make top rate. Even if an air driver, inside part timer or new higher delivers ground, it’s at top rate.Your cover drivers are probably what we call utility drivers (RPCD). What contract and I can tell you for sure. If your guys make top rate they are probably a RPCD.
So do ours if they touch ground out of classification. I know you don’t want me to read your supplements. It’s ok.We don’t have any other drivers. Even our vacation covers make top rate. Even if an air driver, inside part timer or new higher delivers ground, it’s at top rate.
Yes they do... Regular Package Car Driver. That doesn't even make sense. RPCD doesn't even exist yet.
It's a BS 2 tier term . Go vote Yes for itYes they do... Regular Package Car Driver.
How dumb are you really. It’s not a two tier anything. RPCD are Full Time Package car drivers. It's a BS 2 tier term . Go vote Yes for it
Correct and it appears from a review of the "Vote Yes" propaganda I've received in the mail that the negotiating committee either forget or just didn't want to mention the included 22.4 provision among the highlights of what they are promoting as such great deal. It's as if they don't want to admit there's potential for the hybrid position to exist. That doesn't even make sense. RPCD doesn't even exist yet.
Not as dumb as you. Go embrace those 22.4 jobs. Then when one day you retire from here I hope you have nightmares about voting this contract in ....you got yours...How dumb are you really.
We almost got him in.Correct and it appears from a review of the "Vote Yes" propaganda I've received in the mail that the negotiating committee either forget or just didn't want to mention the included 22.4 provision among the highlights of what they are promoting as such great deal. That might help explain such a lengthy delay from the time the TA was first announced to us finally getting to vote on it. After a month or two of looking at the overwhelming negative reaction to the proposal, they cynically just try their best to shield it from view hoping to entice enough of the rank and file with "Protects Benefits" and " Addresses Harassment". What a disgusting joke. The only "Vote Yes" I'd give at the moment is for Zuckerman to take charge of the next round of negotiations.
New England supplement. You already know this. Aren’t you in RH’s local? So do ours if they touch ground out of classification. I know you don’t want me to read your supplements. It’s ok.
One minute your talking about a RPCD and next your talking about a 22.4. We were talking about “cover drivers”. A term that is used differently in regions. Some areas a cover driver is what we call a Utility Driver. I have to explain everything to you guys! Not as dumb as you. Go embrace those 22.4 jobs. Then when one day you retire from here I hope you have nightmares about voting this contract in ....you got yours...
You put that term out. We should all be "RPCD"One minute your talking about a RPCD and now your talking about a 22.4.
I read your supplement. Your TCD does not go right to top rate he goes though RPCD progression under artle 41. Our guys jump that and go to $27 dollars an hour and progression count towards top rate when they go full time so whatever is higher they get.New England supplement. You already know this. Aren’t you in RH’s local?
