This scenario is not happening. Replacing 260,000 workers?...impossible.
They can't keep people now. They hire 10 on preload, 12 quit!! Locking us out isn't an option and a strike won't happen unless the company comes back with a "final offer" that has no changes to it. This is just going to bounce back and forth until the shareholders get tired of it and prices drop. Then the company will come to the table in good faith and try to get something done.
