Maybe we can even put a company out of business and none of us have jobs !!! Don’t forget we’re all making big bucks free benefits pension what other company offers that nobody !!!!! Get your head out of your ass you guys are like that Fred Z I heard the guys got Parkinson’s disease !

If the frequency articulated and factual reasons for the Vote No effort haven’t gotten though to you yet, you’re either a Company man or you just couldn’t process the information.

That’s OK. But the typical spiel you’re giving here won’t sway any UPSers who already know better than to be districtated by the vote yes propaganda.

The time will allow for mistakes to be corrected. People not getting ballots or lost in mail. Stuff like that happens so the time between allows people to correct the mistakes.

Mistakes like voting "yes"? We were able to change our vote on the strike authorization until voting closed, so I assume that would be the case again.

Enter into this vote at your own risk. It is possibly that you go to the point of no return.
If we can't even vote no on a contract we don't agree with, much less strike, why do we even have a union? We're basically just being forced to accept whatever the company will give us at that point.

The real question is, if the company fails because we vote down a bad contract, is it our fault for not happily selling ourselves out? Or is it the company's fault for playing the union and getting them to tentatively accept a bad agreement?

Decisions motivated by fear generally lead to disaster. Anyone pushing the fear button trying to get you to vote yes on this contract does not have your best interest in mind.

There's also the last scary option. This actually is the best contract we can get in the competitive environment we have today. Like somehow we're pushing it despite it being worse than previous contracts, and if we pushed anymore, UPS's competitors would edge us out and we'd fail as a company.

That option is the worst because it means that we're all boned because things will only get worse. Either this becomes a :censored2: job with a toothless union quickly, or it becomes a :censored2: job with a toothless union slowly. Just gotta hope you get to retire and die before the golden goose is completely killed.

THEN SLOW THE :censored2: DOWN AND BE SAFE! COME ON, USE YOUR HEAD! Call your On-Car's cell every hour to complain and get the other drivers to do the same. When they stop answering start in on the center manager's cell! What, are they going to tell you to stop using your phone for their business?!?! They get home at 6 and are spending time with the family and your still out there, Make it cost them!

I swear to god there are to many drivers who do not think they have any leverage or voice or power!

You don't have to tell me twice, I was 3+ hours over allowed a time or two this week. No hurries & no worries. I always "bone em' like I own em'!!"

That option is the one the company would like us to believe. I can guarantee you that if the company needs 22.4's and poor part time pay to stay competitive the company is doomed. When the company wastes millions on developing Orion, and continues to waste millions more forcing us to use it and refusing to fix it, it's kind of hard to believe they need us to pass this ta as is to stay competitive.
