Voting Starts Next Week! How will you vote and why.

wide load

Starting wage is a waste of time.
I have figured it out. Took me forever but I figured it out. Don't know how to fix it, but I know now.

I'm talking about the 'No Movement', I racked my brain trying to figure if it was disgruntled UPS Management, union haters, angry Teamsters, Fed Ex employees... fired ex UPS employee's. Of course there's a small percent of the aforementioned that contribute but no way as massive and spread out from Facebook, Youtube, BC and you see it on UPSer's but not in such a large amount of Vote No Teamsters. So thought that tells me the mass No propaganda is not coming from the inside or membership... otherwise you'd see it on UPSer's more. I thought well perhaps they're afraid because UPS knows who they are. Yet, according to Facebook. These guys don't care if UPS knows them. I even thought maybe it's coming from the massive UPS data center in N.J., that looks like the CIA.

I've been trying to keep the flock from heading to the slaughter house... some are actually trotting towards the door... then it dawned (or donned, I don't know), yet yeah.... it dawned on me who could be persuading all our thoughts online.... working this fervor up to VOTE NO! Plus, I personally see strange hacking type technical glitches here. I'm an easy target... it dawned on me who it is;

****** IT'S AMAZON COM ******

Makes perfect sense, they have the best minds for technology and how to manipulate others by using their technology against all Teamsters, whether you're Yes or No. Plus, they're ramping out as fast as possible in the hopes they get this contract voted down and we all strike. They claim they know me...I laughed at that. Well, not laughing now. They just might know who I am. They have the tools to know just from my Amazon Prime account.

I only have 8-minutes left on my lunch here. Two more pickups & 63 stops left. Amazon is also killing us on volume last 2-weeks. THEY WANT US TO VOTE NO!

Think about it, seriously.

Bye
Do you work at UPS? Talk to people. You’ll clearly see that employees are very pissed.

So your voting no to keep weekend work the same for RPCD's and the company will still continue to use current the two tier drivers that already exist even though they make less than a 22.4.

Seriously what are you expecting to gain from a no vote that is better that your current economic package?
They don't make less; 85% of top rate

I'm Voting No Because No 22.3 Jobs. Many of my coworkers are long term part time employees that want full-time without having to drive. I would like a better pension 100 per full-time year isn't good enough after health insurance and inflation. I would like better language for 9.5 violations. 22.4 isn't cool will be used to divide us next contract. 2 tier pay scale for new part time employee isn't good either another way to divide us. They will want to close the gap between the new guys very the old ones. Vote no until it's better. Hopefully the Democrats don't win in November because if they do they will impeach the market will crash then we will be forced to accept this subpar contract. Sad is some people actually want that to happen just your get rid of trump do sad vote no and red

Go full time for Christ’s sake. Who gets a job at UPS and expects to make as much as a full time employee? Enjoy your part time benefits much?
well 18 years ago when I started at UPS part-timers were what they were looking for, alas I couldn't afford to live on those part-time wages so I had to get a full-time job so yes I now work two jobs one full one part time. And And yes I do enjoy those benefits just as you do why wouldn't I I work just as hard as you do. UPS wasn't built for just full-time jobs get a clue

hey buddy UPS was built on part-timers 15+ years ago when I started . there were more part-timers than there were full timers and I'm sure that's still the case. Alas I had to get a full-time job to go with my part time job. Yes I have enjoyed those benefits, why wouldn't I, I work just as hard for them. Who do you think is loading those trucks, planes, feeders in the middle of the night while your still tucked into bed. We ALL deserve a raise, not just the NEWBIES coming in. Get a clue.
