I agree it should apply equally. The company needs to purge those on management who do shady things. They're only endorsing it by allowing it to happen.

The "doing the right thing" ideal starts at the top, and when corporate or region district, whatever higher level consistently does not do the right thing, there is no way that a chain of command is going to suddenly do a 180.

Being directed to falsify delivery records is an Article 37 violation. Its called "coercion". Flat-out refusing to follow such a directive is not a terminable offense (at least not in the Western Conference) since it is not one of the seven listed cardinal infractions. They could write you a warning letter for refusing to be dishonest and falsify records if they reeeallly wanted to, but they aren't going to want to.
