Well for one I’m correct considering transgender healthcare revolves around gender identities that conflicting with sex. I believe the transwomen are women is more of a moral message of how you should treat transgender people than it is a scientific statement.

You can get a tail and gills at anytime and puberty wouldn’t do lasting damages forcing you into more costly and painful surgeries, so yeah probably wouldn’t even be a consideration in your case unless you became belligerently suicidal over not being a fish.
