weak union

Me would be me and steward would be my steward. Also one of my best friends.

I get told a lot of stuff about what goes down at the center hearings. A lot of it is pretty shady.


I'm not going to sit here and lie and tell you the union is terrible and worthless but I'm also not going to turn a blind eye to the shady :censored2: that goes on in many locals behind members backs.
If in fact your best friend this stewards allegations are factual he has a moral and legal responsibility to do something about it or he shouldn't be a steward.

When you brought it up, at the next Local membership meeting ??

Do you have the results, of the charges you filed, for mis-representation ??

After all, your Stewards testimony would be relevant.


It would help me, to know these things.

Honestly this is exactly what should be done and it's been discussed.

I've watched 5 stewards quit in the last 3 years. Every one with the same reason. "I just couldn't deal with the BA anymore."

How do you know that's happened ?

You must have some shady Local officials.

I'd like to know who they are.

We're not from where you're from.
Can you post something that makes this factual? Are you a steward or a BA or Did you hear it from a guy who heard it from a guy who heard it from a guy???
He doesn't need to prove anything to anyone on here much less people in other locals who can't relate or won't believe it no matter what's posted. Looks like people are venting.
Like I have always said....

I "run and gun" hard against the company for everyone.

It doesn't matter if you don't like me.


The funny thing is....

Even the members that don't like me, still come to me for advice.

And I help them every time.

You know darn well it's hard to make NLRB charges to stick against the union representation and the NLRB attorneys confirmed this many times.
FTR is given a narrow window to validate.

The guy that got fired 4 x in a month was a big union person that made co follow rules the gave up on him too just to much hassel I heard business agent tell him he must get along with co cause they can do what they want .

Ok new subject why is mr g will say telling members there wont b anymore 30 dollars jobs on new contract we r giving up stuff 2 yrs b 4 contract is up record profits and giving concessions 2 yrs n advance.
