That was a really good show. Cheesy in parts because it’s older, but a great show nonetheless. It was and still is very popular. The show I posted about on the last page, Pachinko, stars the same lead male actor.

I don't have Amazon Prime or Netflix but I just checked and that show is free on Tubi. Tubi has a bunch of Korean shows but to me most looked like remakes of shows from other countries.

Like I said, they copy each other back and forth. Some Korean shows might take a basic premise from one already done or a book and totally run away with it. Like this show, that started with the idea of Gone With the Wind and became so much better. It won a lot of awards. It’s my all time favorite.

Korean shows do seem to be weirder than the Japanese and Chinese. And from Western shows too.

Weird how? I know they have a lot of time travel and zombie shows. Lol. The movie Parasite was a little crazy but it was really good.

I meant more their way of looking at things. A lot of little details from their society are different. They do go pretty far out with some of their scifi stuff though.

The wife and I watched this last night and I really liked it. Not sure how I missed it when it first came out.
