Nah...it's a lot like the men's room with less urine on the floor and free maxi pads. Which... incidentally, they really should have in the men's room too.....a few of you guys seem like you might need one....lmao.

I think the company should cut their probationary/qualification system and re-write it. It costs thousands of dollars to train employees and to disqualify them for little things is a waste of money. Those that get disqualified or don't make their probation should be given notice to increase performance and given more training/guidance before they are let go.

You have to realize that some people are simply not cut out for this job. Why draw out the inevitable in those cases?
