What is the Union going to do when up to 30% are laid off in January?

This is a no brainer. Teamsters got there pay increase and now UPS plays the not making enough money need to layoff employees game. I was once part of a different union in the grocery store business and we demanded a raise and we got it and the owner then slashed all the hours citing hardship. It happens a lot in business. This is just a game by UPS to get their money back after giving out the pay increases. Just a really scuzzy way to do business.

I want to know where your getting 30%. Did you pull that number out of your Ars? We are putting on another full time driver after peak. Way too much panic going on.
