yea if i only donate a small % of my wealth im not very generous am I?
Personally I think you're being very selfish not getting a degree in something that pays well then working very hard to get a high salary so that you can give 90% away. The 10% you keep would be more than you make now so win-win! What's stopping you? You want to tell everyone else how to spend their money so why aren't you leading by example? Go to @It will be fine for advice. He/she will show you what to do.

yea and you have NAFTA and globalization.
But Ricky, you can't have it both ways. You want America to give it all away but NAFTA and globalization, which apparently you're against, did just that. Or a very high percentage. Lifted up hundreds of millions by giving them jobs where there once were few jobs. I know you prefer that we just give away money but still!

corporations did globalization to take advantage of poor working conditions. yea its better than not working but its like voting for hillary clinton over someone worse than her.

america's donations as a percent of GDP should be near the top like its military expenditure is.

Mark Zuckerberg made it possible for literally a billion people(or more)to communicate better from his platform. That's a good thing. Through his stock ownership that's made him very wealthy. Good for him. Until you do something similar you have no room, chat or otherwise, to talk.

Then give it all away except for what you need to survive. I'm sure you'll get a statue someday that someone will descecrate. Won't you be proud!

@rickyb lives a life of great privilege thanks to family wealth. He simply can’t understand why those who are not similarly privileged can’t also give their money away.
