Why do the slugs get help every day.

How do you decide who is a slug, who has bad allowances, who has a tough route.?

In a bonus center that doesn't matter. If you're out later than them then you don't work as hard. That's how the guys I work with see it. They make it known to everyone each of the three times a year that they get forced to help someone.
