I would think that you would have to disclose the buyout.
To FedEx? Why?

This may be why:
The EEOC says “An employer may ask questions about an applicant's prior workers' compensation claims or occupational injuries after it has made a conditional offer of employment, but before employment has begun, as long as it asks the same questions of all entering employees in the same job category.”Apr 28, 2017
What’s the source of your misinformation? You're guys limit could be 9000lb and still 60% of your stops would be envelopes. Because not many people are paying that price to overnight a huge package.

If you do go to FedEx remember---you never worked for UPS and you are in great shape. Telling the truth now days gets you no where. Thanks for your input guys. Lets hope I don't have to go to the dark side aka FedEx.
Such a buzzkill. In the time it took to search, read and then post, you could have gone to UPS.com, applied and been turned down by now.
What do you guys think?
Shocking. You have a better chance of getting struck by lightning on the way to cash in your Powerball winner.
I tore my shoulder and had to get surgery. Time went by for recovery. And unfortunately they bought me out.
I was just wondering what the chances are on getting re hired?
How much cash was your buy out?Hello everyone. I've been searching on the forums for about an hr or so. Couldn't find anything that's related via my situation?
In 2011 I worked at ups. I was working Pre-Load. Worked there for about 2 years. I was 19 at the time.
Unfortunately I got injured and I had to make a workmans comp claim.

I'm going to guess its not going to happen.
If for some possibly reason I'm able to go back it would be at a different station.

Thanks for your guys input in advance.
They keep forgetting we were delivering up to 150 lbs from the beginning while they were delivering their little 50 lb boxes. Lol.
Wrong. If he injured it again it could be considered a new injury. All depends on how the Dr. diagnosis's it.however, he is SOL if he reinjures the same body part.
Fast, aren't we!I’ve been on the road almost 25 years. Don’t recall every seeing an Express driver using a dolly.
