Why are we getting asked if pick ups are open on the 24th?

We never picked up anything Christmas Eve except for a few customers that was going to be closed the week in between Christmas and New year's.

We have a couple times in the past. I think they got the clue when we sheeted them all as closed. Now we just pick up outdoor letter boxes, since all the indoor boxes are closed. You know they are clueless!!

The only pickups made are pre-scheduled NDA. So, I don't understand the point of your thread.

It’s a complete waste of time anyway. It prompts every day even if you answer and then management asks for lists of who is closed.

We don’t even work in feeders on XMas Eve or New Year’s Eve if our start time is after 12:00. Both unpaid days off or you can sign up to work either one.
